Senior Consultant (m/w/d) – Precious metals trading & Business Central
Away from standard templates, towards real value creation.
With us, you’re not just a “click instructor.” We’re looking for someone who speaks the language of precious metals trading and doesn’t just document processes, but truly understands them and brings them to life in the system.
Your Mission

Subject Matter Expert: You advise our customers in precious metals trading as an equal partner – mastering both the physical logic and the accounting world of metal accounts.

End-to-End Process Design: You shape the entire precious metals cycle – from physical goods receipt (purchase, smelting, sampling) through logistical handling (provision, storage) to the financial level (metal accounts, valuation, hedging).

Product Sparring: You translate your industry expertise into clear functional requirements for our development team, actively shaping the logic of our apps.

Hands-on Support: You are the go-to expert during workshops, implementations, and acceptance phases, clarifying complex issues that go far beyond standard ERP processes.
Your Profile

Industry Insider: You bring deep understanding of the precious metals sector (operational or consulting).

ERP-Savvy: You have experience with ERP-driven processes, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
